      Recognized Student Organizations Opportunities
      Cal State LA Recognized Student Organizations (RSO) will have the opportunity to earn funding for their organization!
      How it works:
      • Eligibility
        • RSOs must be recognized and in good standing
      • Earnings
        • Each RSO will received $3 per vote received for their organization during the voting period, a minimum of 20 votes is required to receive funds (for example: 100 votes = $300)
      • Bonus: The top 3 RSOs with the most votes will receive additional funding
        • 1st place - $300
        • 2nd place - $200
        • 3rd place - $100
      • Voting Process
        • RSOs will be listed alphabetically on the voting form
        • Students may vote for 1 RSO
        • Voters do NOT need to be members of the RSO they are voting for
      • How can RSOs earn votes
        • RSOs may self-promote and encourage Cal State LA students to vote for them during the Student Leader Election
        • RSOs may create their own marketing material or reshare Student Leader Election materials inviting students to vote for them
        • RSOs may not require, coerce, or intimidate members or non-members to vote for the RSO. Any instances of misconduct should be reported immediately to CSI
      • Additional info
        • RSOs must have an active RSO Bank account administered through ASI or an approved exemption to receive the funds
        • Access to the RSO funds must follow the appropriate RSO Banking policies and procedures
